How Reelna handles your data.

We collect three categories of data. Account data you give us directly, campaign content you upload or generate, and technical data produced automatically when you use the product.

• Account data — name, work email, company, role, market and language preferences, billing identifiers from our payment processor.
• Campaign content — product and property images, video clips, logos, brand colours, briefs, scripts, voiceover audio and rendered ads.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, generation and render logs, error traces.

Assets you upload remain yours. We store them so your projects keep working, and we process them only to produce the ads you ask for. We do not sell your assets, publish them, or use them in marketing without written permission.

• We do not use your uploaded assets or brand material to train AI models.
• Assets are visible only to your workspace members and any client guests you invite.
• Deleting a project moves its assets to trash for 30 days, then removes them permanently.

Scripts, storyboards, scene prompts, voiceover and captions are produced by third-party AI providers acting as our processors. Your brief and the assets needed for a given generation are sent to the relevant provider for the duration of that request.

• Prompts and generated text are retained so you can review history and revert changes.
• Voiceover audio is synthesised from your script — no voice cloning of real people is performed.
• You can request deletion of generation history for any project.

We process data to deliver the service you signed up for, to bill you accurately, to keep the platform secure, to support you when something breaks, and to meet legal obligations. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance them against your rights; where consent is required, we ask for it and you can withdraw it.

We work with a small set of vendors under data-processing agreements. Categories include cloud hosting and storage, AI text, image and speech generation, payment processing, transactional email, error monitoring and product analytics. A current list of named sub-processors is available on request.

Project data is retained while your workspace is active. Account and billing records are kept for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law. Render logs are kept for 12 months. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days unless retention is legally required.

Our primary infrastructure is hosted in the UAE and the EU. Some processors operate outside the GCC; those transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard, and we assess each vendor before onboarding.

You can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate records, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable export of your projects, or object to specific processing. Write to privacy@reelnaai.com and we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data-protection authority.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is role-based, logged and limited to staff who need it. We run dependency scanning and review access quarterly. If a breach affects your data, we notify you and the relevant regulator without undue delay.

Reelna is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

When we make material changes we notify workspace owners by email and in-product at least 14 days before they take effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and previous versions are available on request.
